Weight of the frames without the handle?

Does anybody know whether weight of tennis frames ( without the handle ) for different grip sizes ( e.g. #3-5 ) is exactly the same? Of course I mean the same type and brand of the rackets.

I am asking, because I am going to buy Fischer Pro NO One rackets, but one with #3 grip size and the second one with #4 . If I will increase grip size 3 to 4 by adding material which weight same as handle's foam, will I have racquets with same weight and balance?

What is manufacturing process? Frames are the same, but different overall weight for different grip sizes they adjust by adding some weight ( e.g. small piece of lead) to the handle or how?

How should I solve this problem?
