It´s been a torture to find a good racquet for me. Been searching a while, my options are narrowed in the following sticks:

a) DNX V1 mp
b) DNX 8
c) V1 Classic

I´m focused on spin potential and comfort.
My playing style is as follow:
Lefty, aggresive topspin baseliner.
30% of the time I go to the net.
My ntrp is 4.0 (self assesment).

Your comments, pleasssssssssssssssssse!
Which is the best racquet?

BTW, My decision is based mainly on your feedback because I have no access to demo them.

Hi spinner,

I don't have the ones you mention but I've been playing with the Cat 4 Gen 1 for the past 3 years and love it.

Arm friendly, about 10.5oz, about 300 swingweight, headlight ... good balance between power and control...16x19 open pattern which helps generate spin... good all around racquet.

I like it. :)

Thanks,
eagle

spinner, I have never had a Volkl stick. Stuck on the PK Redondo Mid right now. I have hit the Volkl V1 and the DNX V1 OS, both are nice racquets. I would recommend for someone serious in beginning tennis (and beyond) as they both will grow with your game for a long time. The DNX V1 OS was impressive, more so than the midplus head. Have you looked at the DNX 9? Lot's of acclaim, I would like to trial it sometime.

Have you tried the DNX 9? The DNX 10 is also higly regarded but you won't find the same spin as in the DNX 9. I really liked the DNX 9 a lot, the only weakness was serves. Leading the DNX 9 would greatly help it with serving though.
