I have a prince NEOS 3000, about 2 years old.
Does anybody out there have a user / maintenance manual for this machine.
The frame clamps are loosening and i cant find the right adjustments mechanism to tighten them up...
Thanks in advance :) :) :)

I've been the proud owner of a Prince 3000 for about a week and a half now, and I'm just lovin' it. I received a photocopy of the user's manual directly from Prince. There's not much to it, and is only 7 pages long (of which, 1 is the cover, and 1 explains the warranty).
The adjustment is made with a allen/hex screw that is located immediately next to the hold down clamp post (the adjustment wrench should have come with your machine, if new).
As stated in the manual:
"Hold down clamps must be held with palm pressure when setting the hold down lever. If frame is not held securely, clean hold down clamp pin with rubbing alcohol. If problem persists, adjust socket screw by a slight counterclockwise turn using enclosed T shaped Allen wrench."
I've got a copy of the Neos 1000 user manual in a PDF file. The adjustment of the hold down clamps are identical in both machines. The Neos 1000 manual suggests tightening the hold down socket screw in increments of 1/8th of a turn.
