Any info on Czech 750 FS model stringing machine?

Anyone have any information on this stringing machine? I saw a price for one as 649....

I have a friend selling one for 350 is it worth it? If so I will pick it up.

Well I bought the machine.. was new in the box.... unopened..

It came with the machine, parts, instruction video on how to assemple it and other documentation on how to take proper maintenance of the machine.
