FS: Prince O3 Red MP 105"

Racket back for sale.

Prince returned it to me saying that the three small chips weren't enough reason to replace the racket.

DISREGARD: Hold off on the for sale. Just sent the racket back to Prince. There is a good chance that they will replace it, but it will probably take a month or two before they le me know. If they do relace it, I still might be interested in selling it as new (which it will be), but at a good price. So, if you are interested, let me know.

Four month old racket with cover. New strings-Gamma 17g syngut. Prince Adzorb over wrap. Has two minor cosmetic chips in black part of racket; black magic marker makes them almost invisible. No other markings, probably a 9.5/10 condition. Not sure why there are chips as this racket certainly wasn't abused (I don't throw my rackets nor do I hit the net with them). Will email pictures if interested. $95 plus shipping.

Just curious...why did you send it back?

Probably didn't have to send it back, but I did. I had the proshop owner check with Prince about the two chips I had in the racket. Prince said that they would look at the racket. I have no idea how they were formed. I didn't abuse the racket, ie, didn't throw it and didn't hit anything with it other than the tennis balls. Nonetheless, as there were these two minor chips (easily masked with a black marking pen) that appeared out of nowhere, I thought that maybe there was something wrong wtih the racket's paint job (or whatever you call the finishing) and that there was a good chance that Prince would replace it. Also, if Prince does replace it, I may try to leverage the racket as an exchange for a new racket for my wife. Or, I may try to sell it. If the original racket comes back unreplaced, I may try different strings as it may have been the strings that changed the hitting characteristics of the racket.

Thanks for the offer, but I need a back up Pure drive+...if I were to swap. Otherwise, I'd simply like to sell my Red O3

I have a Pure drive+...4 3/8 grip; we may be able to swap for the Red O3. How can we exchange racket pictures, etc; without giving out personal information?
