I have an old BR-3 stringing machine that I think may have been supplied by ATS years ago. I used it years ago to string many a wood racquet back in the days of Bancroft Borgs strung at 80#.
While it still looks serviceable, I never used it on the newer composite racquets, especially the OS designs and I wonder whether there is a way to upgrade the clamping areas so as not to damage the newer style racquets? Is there a source for replacement parts for the BR-3? It almost looks like the support posts and associated parts from the ATS Super Stringer II would fit the turntable beam of the BR-3.
