Best drop weight machine?

I just bought and returned an Eagnas GE II drop weight machine. It did not function well. What is the best drop weight machine? Is the ratchet gripper system good? How much money do I have to spend?

I have found the Stringway M50 dropweight perfectly satisfactory and relatively low cost. It's mechanism is slightly different from others and it is easy to string with 95% accuracy, although the machine is not quite as accurate as it's sales liturature claims. In any case, variations in your stringing technique will cause much wider variations that the dropweight angles.
