a good 2 action clamp is more precise then a good 1 action clamp or are the same?

I agree with Jaypro, single action is the way to go! Ease of use is the main factor, especially if you are stringing a large number of racquets.

I'm not a fan of glide bars. I prefer DA for the precision. However, the Sensor is a different beast with its "semiautomatic" clamp base. No lever, just push down after clamping. And if the base is adjusted properly, just unclamp, let go of the clamp and the base pops open.

The Sensor base is a bit complicated and can be a pain in the neck to work on, but I really like them for the speed AND rigidity.
