USTA NTRP new ratings for 2010

I guess USTA uses "smoke and mirrows" to change ratings. Most of the 3.0 and 3.5's in my area are now better players and were moved up overnight.
We have a lot more 4.0's now.

For me I hope they they all start stringing more frequently.:)
