Hi,
I am wanting to buy a cheap string machine and by cheap i mean really cheap about $200-

Egnas have a cheap machine but i do not like their reputation. They slag of Silent Partner and Silent Partner slag them.

Anyway i'm wanting to buy my first stringing machine. Can someone point me in the right direction of what type of machine i should get and mabye a certain machine within my budget.

Last but not least i want a mahine that is durabal and will not fall apart with time, Since it will only be doing about 12 stringings a month.

matt,

you should give the gamma X-2 stringing machine a try. it sells for about $135 and is really easy to operate. took me only 15 min to set up, so this machine is user friendly. i would give it **** out of ***** stars.

if you are going get a gamma X-2 stringer make sure you get it from Holabird Sports. they have a promo that is really cool. they send you the machine with 12 string sample packs, a gamma shockbuster, 6 overgrips, and a gamma usrsa stringing manual.

so it is a great deal overall

GET IT!!!! ;)

I bought the gamma X-2 but if I had a little more money I would have gone for the silent partner swing. The machines are basically the same only the swing costs a little more and has a 6-point moutning system whick is a big bonus. If you are willing to spend a little extra money, go for the sp swing. www.sptennis.com (http://www.sptennis.com)
