I know Fischer had started the trend but I had hopes maybe Pacific would bring the mold back to its God given glory not re-paint it orange.

I thought Gamma/Toalson bought out Fischer a few years back.

I think they were just distributing Fischer product in the US though if I remember correctly Fischer racquets were coming with Gamma grips and Gamma was the recommended string. That was a while ago though but it was the Gamma rep who got me to bring Fischer into the shop.

By the way, for now only the brand changed, but the racquets are still the old good Fischer we know. It's an agreement between Fischer and Pacific, they have to show the name Fischer on the frames for a while.

I think it will take a couple of years before we can see some "real" Pacific. For now, it's still all Fischer. ;)

I think that the OPs original link shows a good colour, but its not the Pro 1 copy that we know.
