Replacing grommets on a discontinued frame

Hi

Can anybody help me!!, I have a older prince racket and was wondering how to replace damaged grommets, I cannot find one that fits, could i replace them all with single Fittex grommets?? somebody made that suggestion, so i am wondering..( i am not very fimilar with replacing grommets)

the raquet i have is the Prince CTS Lightning 90. I need some replacement grommets for the sides (right and left) and the top. let me know if you have them or where i can buy them from. thanks!
