Complete Stringing Newbie

I'm going to purchase my first stringing machine recently, I've got a budget of about 250 dollars, I will soon start playing college tennis after i graduate high school in a week or so and i break my strings about 4 or 5 times a month, if that helps any, what should be my best buy for the amount of money i can spend? Thannks everyone, this is also my first post.

Welcome iradical18 !

With your budget you can may be able to choose between a drop weight and a spring tension machine (could already be too expensive).

Anyway I would always go for the drop weight, when stringing carefully it's much more accurate.

You should look for a model with 2 fixed clamps, that makes stringing even easier.

As I'm from Germany I can't recommend any models in the US but when you look for a drop weight with 2 fixed clamps you should be able to choose between different suppliers and find a model within your financial limit.
