Eagnas Flex 920 calibration manual

I have a Eagnas Flex920, that I upgraded the turntable and string clamps. I do not have a manual for the tensioning device and I adjusted (dont ask me why) the tension locking leaver. Now it is totaly out of whack! can anyone help with this. Eagnas is slow with reply and for some reason does not want to send me a manual even though I offered to pay for it. You would think after spending over three hundred dollars with them I would get a better response.

I have a copy of a manual for a Flex 940, but calibration is quite easy if you have a digital scale or calibrator. Though a digital scale would be better. You can download similar instructions from the Gamma website. The tension head is slightly different, but the procedures are the same.
