great site found it yesterday can any one tell me how tight the head and throat clamps should be i havent been stringing that long and worry if there to tight or to slack a couple of times thy have been tighter at the end of the string job than when i started is there any way you can tell there right before you start stringing any help would be great.

Whoa, your keyboard seems to lack the keys for punctuation. :confused: :p
To answer your question: The mounting points at the head and throat function as a barrier for the racquet to shrink during stringing. As you put in the mains, you apply a huge force to the frame, causing it to approach the circle shape (from the oval shape) if there was no barrier. There is no need to tighten the screws until you can't tighten them any further. It's sufficient to tighten them such that the racquet won't move easily.
