polyester is a nightmare to string.
I bought a reel of this stuff, Super-Poly 17 from klippermate and four times already, on two different racquets, the string just snapped at the clamp while i was bringing down the weight. Three times on the mains and once on the crosses.

I was stringing a head i.x6 at 64 lbs and a prostaff surge 5.1 100 at 62 lbs. I brought the weight down reaaally slow. The stuff just keeps snappin.

Anyone else ever have this problem?

I've seen several posts on other boards about the thinner gauge poly strings snapping while being strung. I've seen this with several brands including Signum, Babolat and the one you mentioned. I can only suggest making sure you don't kink it or nick it. Make sure the string doesn't slip in the clamp and that the tension head isn't crimping it when the string makes the transition from the rotating drum into the gripper jaws. You might need to sand this transition area with emory cloth to "radius" the turn so it isn't such a sharp angle.
