pros pro pilot

Hi guys,

Bought a pro's pro pilot stringing macine and have strung a few rackets. i strung my racket at 54lbs but to me it felt a lot looser then that....

So i ordered a tension calibrator and at 54lbs on the machine the tension calibrator is at 40lbs

how can i adjust the tension on the machine ? or should i send it back ??

found out how too adjust the tension and now the machine is now spot on.

is it normal for a brand new machine to be that far out ??

I guess in this price category they don't care much about calibrating the machine before delivery...
