| Not for my game. Perhaps, next time use more pounds, or as a hybrid with co-poly. |

This string changed its playing characteristics very drastically. At first, the string played quite stiff. It didn't have much power, ball pocketing or spin, but it did have amazing control. This stage lasted for the first 4-5 hours of play. But, then it became a lot more elastic, more comfortable, with way better pocketing, spin, power, and feel, without losing a ton of control. I'm really enjoying the play of it, I just hope it won't lose these characteristics too fast. (Currently at 8 total hours of hitting).
Update: Played another hour against a very hard hitter. This string doesn't have very good control against hard hit shots. Whenever I wanted to take a big cut at a hard hit ball then anything just slightly off center tended to either flutter over the net, or go way long. Not something I can say about most poly's I've played with. |

| Comparison relates to VS Team BT7. They feel very different on impact. X-One has more pocketing, I could volley easier with it. VS felt a little more stiff with noticeably better spin potential. X-One is my favorite synthetic, but VS is the superior string, especially at the baseline. |

| Extremely high stringbed stiffness after stringing (DT 45 when strung at 26/25 kg on a 98 sq.in. head). Strung on a Tecnifibre Ergo Touch. After 8 hours of play still DT 42. Great tension maintenance, but also very stiff. |

| Since I prefer strings with "touch" and comfort, I'm using multifilament strings. Among others I've tried Wilson NXT Tour, Signum Pro Micronite, Tecnifibre NRG2, Babolat VS gut, and some more. Considering the overall performance, the X-One Biphase is the best string I've used. Power, feedback and touch are amazing. Only downside is the price/durability ratio. But if you have the budget this string is a must try. It's by far my favorite string. |
