I am currently using this string for crosses in a hybrid with Luxilon Big Banger Alu Power in the mains. I recently went to the hybrid configuration. I previously played with Big Banger Ace. I loved the Ace but they did not last long enough for me (3 matches). This hybrid combination differs from the Ace in that it has more power and slightly less control. It has very good comfort and the loss of control and feel is an acceptable trade for the increase in durability. The Tecnifibre X-One Biphase does start to fray by the end of the first match but seems to be holding up the tension and continues to play well into 5th match.

I did not previously play with multi-filament so it is hard for me to offer a multifilament reference.

Stringing was no problem. Strung at the same tension as I string natural gut. No ghosting of the string. One piece stringing.
Played on clay with Tyger X-Force and Dunlop Tournament balls. Weather: Sunny at around 30°C.
The string shows significant notching by now, but I would say it lasts longer than natural gut. The string provides enormous power, so I would string 2-4 lbs tighter than natural gut next time. Definitely no bargain but certainly worth its price.

In my opinion this is THE string that currently gets closest to gut.

I usually play with natural gut / BB Alu Power but this string is a good opponent. The only problem is the string movement when I hit with topspin.
