Generally it's a very good poly. But not for winter time.
You have to fine tune tension to get most out of it. |

SPPP is easier to break during stringing (tie off particularly).
SPPP needs 2-3 hours break-in time. |

| I've played with both and the durability is not even a factor, they last equally as long and performance wise offer 2 different things. Go with the thinner gauge. |

| Not soft but not really stiff either. Excellent control, the ball just goes where you want. Spin & touch is also good enough, so in conclusion it can be a baseliner favorite string due to the tremendous control but can also be used for a player with an all around type game... |

| Previously I used to play the Pacific Poly Force 1.23 for a long time. These strings are very similar. The SPPP provides a bit more power and better spin, while the Poly Force is a bit crispier. The SPPP has a significant price advantage! |

Strung on a manual Stringway machine. Played on fast carpet. No problems during stringing.
The Poly Plasma played very nice. The thin gauge provides lots of power yet sufficient control. Spin potential was good. For me it felt a bit stiffer compared to other soft-polys, so I had a little less feel.
Overall a reliable poly with good power and spin. |
