| Stringing was without any problems. Played indoors on carpet with Dunlop Tournament balls. Racquet: Wilson Pro Staff Rok 93. Great touch and depth control. You still have to create the spin yourself, it doesn't come from the strings alone. Great feedback from the strings. Serves had lots of zip and precision. Great string overall which fits very well my racquet and my style of play. I buy it ;-) |

Strung at 23/25 kp (my standard tension for polys) without problems. Played indoors on carpet with Head No.1 and Head Team balls. The string felt very elastic which was also confirmed during play. The string provides lots of power. The control is not sufficient in this setup. Many balls went long. I would have to string 1-2 kp higher next time to compensate the power. But then the question is whether the string can take the tension (maximum tension is given at 24/23 kp). Alternatively I could use a thicker gauge.
I really liked the spin potential and the control. Great grip on the ball. I can't tell if it's the string itself or the hex structure.
Great comfort for a poly. Soft feel without sacrificing feedback. The best poly in the comfort department so far.
In terms of durability I can say that the string does not show any notches after 2 hours of play. |

| I've tried the Kirschbaum Pro Line No. 1 1.15 in parallel. The Focus Hex 1.10 is more powerful and more comfortable. |

Played indoors on carpet with Wilson balls. Stringing was no problem. The string played very similar to the standard Focus, however I noticed that the Hex hat significantly better spin potential. I'm very satisfied with this string, everything was easy. Stops, lobs, serve, depth control...
The Hex provides a little less power than the standard Focus, but it's still sufficient. This is my new standard string. A significant improvement to the standard Focus due to the tremendous spin potential. |

Strung at 24/23 kp as recommended. Playability was great, lots of feel. But after 3 hours the game was over, the string got soft, tension dropped to around 20 kp...
After 4 hours of play I cut out the strings. Maybe I should have strung tighter. Anyway thanks for the test string. |
