Played indoors on hard court with Tretorn Z-Tour balls.
Very easy to string. Little recoil memory.
This string plays very nice. It's unbelievably soft, almost doesn't feel like a poly. Nevertheless it provides good power and feel. I like the bite and I'm also happy with the comfort. For example, I switched between this frame strung with Sonic Pro and another (identical) frame strung with Luxilon TiMo Banger and instantly noticed the difference in comfort. Unfortunately I cannot rate the durability and I noticed that the tension drops quickly, but I understand since the string is so extremely soft. |

The string stretched a lot during stringing. Although it is very soft overall, I found it rather stiff when weaving the crosses.
During play, the string initially scattered a lot, which improved with increasing playing time, but I never had real control.
It was hard to serve precisely. The string got softer and softer every hour and there was no power, like when you are playing with old balls.
Topspin and slice were average. COuld not get used to the string, even after 8 hours. Feels like a cheap allround string, unfortunately. |

Stringing was very easy, weaving was almost like a multifilament.
I cut out the strings after 5 hours, so no rating of the durability.
Power was very low. I had also expected more control from a control string. The string felt like a board. After two hours, my arm had enough of this string. Spin potential was rather low. After 5 hours, the tension was still OK. |

| I would prefer - especially considering the price - the SPPP, Topspin Cyber Flash, or MSV Co-Focus over the Sonic Pro. |

Played indoors on carpet.
Control was really a highlight. Power was normal/good, but it was hard for me to generate spin with this string, which is deadly to my game.
String movement was minimal, which I find very important, because straightening the strings can get very annoying.
Comfort was not as good as with a multifilament or natural gut, but for a poly it was very good.
Overall there are many similarities to the Signum Pro Plasma Pure, which however comes at half the price. Thus I don't think that the price for the Sonic Pro is justified. If the string shall survive, the price must be lowered. |

| The string stretched extremely during stringing. I've never experienced a stretch like that. On my drop weight machine, it took almost one total revolution of the drum until the pull was reached. |
