After testing Babolat gut which was just fantastic I wanted to try the Synthetic Gut again because I was hoping for similar characteristics but it did not meet my expectations.
Even at the low tension the string felt board-like in the beginning. After 2 hours it had softened up a bit, but it was still very stiff on off-center hits. It did not get anywhere near the touch and feel of natural gut. The string broke all of a sudden without any prior signs of wear. |

| Comparison relates to Head FXP 1.32. I'm comparing these strings since I've never played another Nylon string before and the Head FXP (even though it's a multifilament) is most similar to the Prince from my point of view. |

| I always come back to this string. I keep trying different strings to try to get that edge but keep coming back to this string. I used to string at 62 lbs but now do it at 57 lbs and LOVE it. |

| The string stretches a lot during stringing, but that's no issue. I've been playing this string for a long time and always come back to it. It fits my racquet very well! |
