| Strung in one piece at 60 lbs. Stringing was made easy by the soft stretchy nature of the string, it was not a struggle like it can be with some monofilaments. I played outdoors on Astroturf with Slazenger balls. After hearing that these strings were designed for clay court play in warmer weather I was interested to see how they would play outdoors during this cold snap of weather we have been having. I was delighted by the fact that the strings seemed to hold up well, having a high durability (compared to other multifilaments), even despite the changing temperatures. The tension of the string seemed to hold up well, although they did not last long enough to see any major tension drop. The string bed did not move at all throughout play. These strings are superbly constructed providing lots of control and spin, this is due to the thin gauge, but still maintaining that feel and touch which is so important. The power of the string I found was more than most other multifilaments I have tested, the extra spin generated however was more than enough to keep the ball in the court. I did notice however that the sweet spot of the string seemed to be very small at this higher tension, and I think that the string would better suit a tension around 57 lbs, which would be high enough to provide control, but also make the string more forgiving at the same time. One thing I did not like about the string was its colour; I thought it could be a brighter shade of orange in order to stand out more. Overall I think this string is great, although I don't know whether I would buy it again due to the poor durability. I would recommend this to anyone who does not break strings so frequently, it was superior to any multifilament I have tested and is certainly a great innovation. I also think that this string might benefit people who suffer from tennis elbow, as the comfort of the string might alleviate some of the stress the elbow is put under. |

| I have compared this to the WeissCannon 6StarString Supercharged 1.30. Although these strings are similar in their construction, this is where the similarities end. In my opinion the SuperString is a far greater string; it is of a higher quality, in almost all aspects, only being equalled by the WeissCannon in feel and comfort. SuperString have achieved in making a multifilament string of lower gauge, this means that more spin can be gained, but the string still has a durability surpassing most other multifilament strings. |

Played indoors on clay.
I fell in love with this string at first hit. Awesome multi that feels great (similar to a soft co-poly) and does whatever your want.
Excellent control & touch, good power, perfect comfort, very spin friendly and nice ball pocketing.
Strings are not moving much also like if it was a co-poly string.
Definitely the best new string tested in a long time... Great job SuperString!
Tested tension: 27/25 kg
Recommended tension: 26.5/24.5 or 26/24 kg. |

Played indoors on clay with Babolat Team balls. I really liked this string, especially since I was able to test it in parallel with Head Rip Control. I found that the Terre Multi provided better spin than the Head, while the Terre Multi feels stiffer and not as elastic. Perhaps the increased spin potential is due to the thinner gauge.
Tension stability was good for a multifilament. When it broke after 5 hours, there was a tension loss, but not significant.
Comfort and control were very good compared to other strings in this category.
Overall a great product! |

I am normally playing with poly and hybrids and I have not used a multifilament in quite some time - however this one was quite unusual for a multi - somehow similar to the Axon multi and probably from the latest generation of 'multi but with some poly advantages' strings.
Generally a good string (and with good comfort if you come from a poly) - and now I am very sorry that I have not tested it in a hybrid. |
