Played on hard court with US Open balls.
I was amazed at how much spin I could generate with these strings. Serves were very bouncy and precise, and groundstrokes were just amazing. They were quite comfortable at 58pounds, although I might pull it less tighter for more power. Very satisfied with the strings, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a string that can generate a ton of heavy topspin. |

5% reduction in tension will help to get larger sweet spot plus a bit more control (I know that's ironic, but with quite good control, having a larger sweetspot might give better control).

Savage is quite softer than RPM. Prefer Savage over RPM.

Despite the pentagonal shape, Black Code did not satisfy me with regards to spin. However, it held the tension exceptionally well. I prefer Savage Black because I could generate more spin with it.

First, I should have strung it at a lower tension because I did not follow what Luxilon suggested: lower tension by 5-10% of my normal tension. If I had strung it at around 55-57, the feel and comfort would have been much better. I will try these strings again with lower tension because it gave me enormous amount of spin and control along with satisfying durability.

Savage Black, because of the thickness, has better tension stability but is worse for the arm. I would choose Savage Black over Ace.

Played on hard court. Quite comfortable for a poly, probably because of the thinness of the string. Because of its thin diameter, the power Ace generated was fantastic. However it took me a while to get used to this string because I had used the Luxilon Savage Black before, the diameters of the strings were quite significantly different. My serves gave heavy kick with speed; I was very satisfied. I would try these strings again after testing some other strings. Recommended to players who string the strings at high tension because it will generate enough power without low tension.
