Simply a great string! Paid 120 Euros for a reel from which I get 19 frames strung.
Even if it was more expensive I would give the same ratings, because the string just plays great on clay. Good power, good control, and superb spin!
The best about this string is its feel when it's strung at lower tensions - crisp but also soft. Great for a precise game.
I only lacked some feel on the slice. Still good but not as awesome as on the other strokes.
Overall a great string! Durability is also nice for me with 6.5 hours. For example the Topspin Cyber Flash (same gauge) breaks on me after only 3 hours.

I use Luxilon Savage Black in the mains and the VS Tonic in the crosses. Unique feel! Great comfort, power and feel. Great natural gut string at an acceptable price.

Plays quite identical to the Black Code!

This string should not be strung too tight since it feels very stiff in a dense string pattern. But otherwise a great string. I really like it since it seems to be identical to the Black Code. At least I don't feel any difference. You can't get a better string for the price. This is my current standard string since I'm playing a lot of tournaments these days and restring frequently, either because the strings break or go dead.

Simply a great string!
I've been playing the Savage since it got available and honestly it's a keeper!
Nice feel, comfortable but not too soft, and a great control (crisp but still soft enough to provide a great feel).
Depth control via spin is extremely good despite high power.
Durability is also okay, but not as good as with Alu Power or Original.
But at this price this is the best string for me at the moment.

Easy to string.

The string provided great feel from the start. I had great touch and power. Unfortunately I lacked control, at least on the fast strokes. Control is not really bad but it does not reach up to the control of Alu Power. Although I have to say that you cannot really compare these two strings because they are on a totally different price level.

I think that the string would have performed even better when strung 4 lbs higher. Overall a highly recommendable string that provides great playing characteristics at a decent price!
