I also had this tennis elbow problem.
I only managed to solve with the Pro-Kennex rackets of the Kinetic System series, and now I am using the Tecnifibre TFight series rackets with Dynacore and Synergy technology to absorb shocks.
Multifilament strings are best for tennis elbow.

Default Elbow pain solution

Try Donnay with Xenecore technology.
For me, the only effective solution.

They make good rackets. But I recommed to not buy directly from Donnay as the company is a pain to deal with. Second-hand is a good option.
