Default Selecting crosses for Luxilon TiMO mains

Hi all,

I am a 4.0 player with a western grip. I hit with a fair amount of topspin using this grip, and I have recently tested my K-SixOne 95 with Luxilon TiMO 117 mains and NXT 17 crosses. I loved the result with this hybrid, but it only lasted me 10 hours of hitting. I think I will need something that can last longer.

I am thinking of putting NXT 16 on the crosses instead of 17. I'm not sure how much this will affect the gameplay (quite minimal I'm assuming). But as I am thinking of getting a reel of strings, NXT does not have reels. I'm considering now the Technifibre x-one biphase, or the NRG for the crosses. Personally, I will go for 17 gauge for the playability, but the durability concerns me too. So can anyone offer any advice on this issue?

Thanks!
