Solinco Tour Bite.
RSI test, rated best spin string since the year 1993.
The other one that my son uses is the Solinco Barb Wire, just a bit softer.

Have had no problems at all. The first set of Tour Bite we used was in for 6 weeks. Playing 7 hours a week. Yes the edge had gone off and did need restringing. But it was lasting as long as the Pro Huricane I used to use.

Solinco Tour Bite definately has the best spin potential Ive ever felt. Barb Wire is very similar but doesn't feel like it pockets the ball just as much as the Tour Bite, which means less spin can be exerted onto the ball.

According to TW the best spin string set you will have will be natugal gut mains and MSV Focus Hex 1.23 crosses and then gut mains with Heptatwist.
By itself MSV Focus Hex it is the one that generates more spin due to the lower Coefficient of friction. Many people know this already.

I have been testing different strings for more spin over the last 3 months. These are the strings I have tested and rated based on overall performance which includes spin, durability, tension loss, power, and arm comfort. I use 17 gauge. Here is how I rate them
1. Babolat RPM Blast
2. Dunlop Black Widow
3. Solinco Tour Bite
4. Tecnifibre Black Code
5. Volkl Cyclone

Peronsaly i've found that the best strings out there at the moment for topspin are Polyfibre Hexablade, Solinco Tour bite and Singum Plasma Hextreme, Didn't think RPM blast was very good for spin at all. But really it down to trail and error and finding what best suits you style of play.
