Default Natural Gut Racquet Strings

I ordered 4 sets of strings from Natural Gut Wholesale because I always wanted to play with natural gut but found it too expensive to just experiment with. I'm a competitive 4.0 who is always trying to get better as a player even though I am older than all or most of my opponents. Their strings were more affordable than the synthetic strings I was using so I said why not. The strings are simply awesome and I now am using them on all my rackets. They give the best combination of power, feel, and control of any string I have used before. I heartily recommend them. They make their strings and sell them direct, check them out at naturalgutwholesale.com, they answered all my questions and delivered promptly as promised, great customer service!

I've also been using these gut strings in the mains, along with Babolat savers... Soft poly in the crosses at around 4 lbs higher in ProSpeed. Very nice.

One additional feature of these gut strings seems to be the strings seem to be much more consistent thru a wide range of temperatures, especially in the cold. The strings are also much easier on the arm in cold weather -- our club is unheated in the winter, which means sometimes the indoor temperatures drop into the 40s if not lower... Poly strings can play like piano wire and can be very hard on the elbow at low temperatures...
