Default Babolat vs 3002

Hey, I'm going nuts out here....
I'm a oner of a Babolat vs 3002 stringing machine, it's works like a charm except pulling tension.
When I push the yellow button it just beebs. I can set the tension, lock the base clamps and lock the trun table. Its all electric. Even when I manually pull the tension head to the right and switch on the power, the tension head moves to the left. But I can't pull tension. It just beeps.
Do i miss something? Any help appreciated.

Looks like there is something wrong with the electronic part so you may need to contact either Babolat directly or somebody who is good enough in electronics. Since the tension head is moving back to its normal position, the engine and shafts are working.
"it's works like a charm except pulling tension" - not really, hugh?

I had help form another dutch guy, he had similar problems on his stringing machine and dit a lot of research.

When the stringing machine beebs when you pushes the yellow button, it tels you that de tension head is not in the main position. You have to recalibrate the off-set. This is the procedure.

You need a small flathead screwdriver and a flashlight.
1. Remove the cap between de tension head and the display.
2. If it on, Switch off the power.
3. Press and hold the yellow button.
4. Switch it on (while holding down the button) . You will hear 2 beeps.
5. Keep holding the yellow button for a few more seconds until you hear 3 beeps.
6. Release the yellow button.
7. Shine with the flashlight trough the hole and locate the screw.
8. Use the screwdriver to turn the screw clockwise until you hear a beep. When you hear
the beep, tun the crew counter clockwise until you hear another beep. Repeat this
turning at least 4 times (I did 7). At the final beep, set the screw in the center of de two
9. Checking the off-set. Press the secret key followed by the 4 key. If done correctly the
display reads .000
10. Switch off the power.

So I've solved one problem, the beeb is gone. The tension moved just once to the right. Probably it's a faulty relay.

Keep you posted.

Problem 1/2 solved.
