Default Advice on stringing cheap school racquets

Just got several school racquets dumped me for stringing. They're old, cheap, dented, but grommets look reasonably passable. They're aluminum. Black Knight Aero-71. Pattern 16x19. Four holes in the yoke. I anticipated these sticks will really bow and wow, compress and stress in the stringing machine.

Instructions from school: Make them playable...whatever. That's it.

And precautions I should take? Tension suggestions?

Thanks!
