Default Arm friendly string for spin and control (pro staff 97)

Looking for a string that will give me excellent control, not too bothered about durability, so something that keeps reasonable tension and breaks before going dead is not a problem as I just bought a stringing machine.

Mega plus if possible to avoid paying for marketing so open to more obscure brands but not discarding something more expensive if still value for money.

I want to experiment and try a few options, ideally make a list of 5 or so strings to try it out, what would you recommend? Thanks

Well, for arm frendly string, some synthetic gut, but my vote goes to Head Lynx string, 1.25mm. This string was a revelation for me, after lot of poly strings, this one is buttery comfort, change that you actually can feel.

Yonex Poly Tour Pro. I have same racquet, and after 4 hours playing I'm beginning to sure about how I buy a reel from this string. Comfortable feel, crisp and powerful, with enough spin and control. When this is not enough arm friendly, you need a hybrid with copoly mains and multifilament or syntetic gut crosses.
