Babolat RPM Blast
Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
I've been playing the RPM Blast for almost 2 years now and have ben very happy. However the past weeks I felt some pain in my arm. I was recommended to try the Lynx. Of course it is not as crisp as e.g. Solinco Tour Bite. But the Lynx convinced me in the power, touch and feel departments and particularly in the comfort department. Spin potential also surprised me in a positive way (yellow version).
Recommendable for dense string patterns and for players looking for a soft and comfortable poly, not willing to switch to a multifilament.
My new favorite!

The Lynx is my go-to string for the summer season, and now I tried it in a hybrid with Babolat VS Team 1.25 crosses. The gut was strung carefully with 10% pre-stretch on a Gamma X-Els.
I had played the VS Team in hybrids with Luxilon Alu Power and Pacific Poly Force and had a bit better touch and comfort with them. The hybrid with Lynx felt a bit stiffer (especially in the beginning) and I missed the fine touch of the Lynx. For me the combo did not provide any benefit. I prefer the Lynx in a full stringbed. Only advantage of the hybrid was improved tension maintenance, but on the other hand there was string movement after a short time.

Comparison relates to Head Lynx 1.20 full bed. No real difference. The hybrid feels more crisp in the beginning and it lacks some of the touch that the full Lynx stringbed provides.

Strung with the minimum suggested of the racquet. Spin and Power are great because of the thin gauge. Played outdoor on hard court. The string is very comfortable and flexible at 48 lbs. A bit too comfortable that it lacks a crisp and firm feeling of some of the other strings like MSV Focus Hex & Topspin Cyber Flash, etc. It is a high performance string and well suited for midplus racquet and players looking for a practical choice of strings.

*update* the string was flat out after 12 hours of play within a week. I played with the black version.

Strung on an electronic machine in one piece without problems. Very easy to weave.
Played indoors on carpet with new Wilson Tour balls.
This string provides a perfect blend of power, control and spin for me. Another highlight is its excellent tension maintenance. Highly recommendable. Top candidate to become my new go-to string!
