String Tennisoutlet No. 1 1.20
Test Conditions Tension Racquet
62/62 lbs Dunlop 300G (MP, 16/19)
Absolute Rating Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
Played in the crosses in a hybrid with Signum Pro Plasma Hextreme 1.25 mains.
No problems during stringing.
Played 2 hours on clay and 2 hours on hard court. During the last 30 minutes I switched between this combo and a Tennisoutlet No. 4.
On clay I enjoyed the power and spin of this string. I was able to generate lots of pace, especially on the serve. On hard court and after a bit of a tension loss, control decreased. Due to the lack of comfort and control I won't switch to this hybrid. But if you are in general satisfied with your full poly stringbed and want more touch, comfort and power, you should try this string in the crosses.

I compared this directly with a Tennisoutlet No. 4. For me the Tennisoutlet No. 4 works better, but if you want better touch and comfort while maintaining control and spin, then using the Tennisoutlet No. 1 in the crosses works.

String Tennisoutlet Nice Slice (No. 4) 1.30
Test Conditions Tension Racquet
60/60 lbs Dunlop 300G (MP, 16/19)
Absolute Rating Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
 (6 hrs.)
Overall easy to string. The rough surface lets the string get tangled up more easily. There is a lot of stretch when tensioning the string.

Played for one hour on Rebound Ace (hitting), one hour on clay (hitting), three hours practice (serve, volley, return) on Rebound Ace.

When bouncing the ball on the strings you can notice no vibrations transmitted to the handle. The string produced a nice solid sound, which makes you get addicted to it. The differences are extremely evident when switching directly between a racquet strung with a poly and this racquet.

The comparison to the Cyber Flash is not really fair since these are two completely different products.
This was my first real test of a multifilament and it was a totally new feel for me.

Quite easy to string because both strings are very smooth.
From the first hit I noticed the improved touch coming from the softer Pure.

My second attempt to try a hybrid. Compared directly to the full HEXtreme job, the hybrid still had all the advantages plus better comfort and feel.

 (>4 hrs.)
Easy to string. Although it is quite stiff, the surface is really smooth and easily glides through the grommets. I really liked the fact that the string had little recoil memory.

The string looks really beautiful on my Aerogel. Nice red with a little pearl effect.

Test conditions:
2 hours on a very slow clay court (indoors) with heavy balls against a real hard hitter. 2 hours indoors on Rebound Ace, followed by another hour on Rebound Ace. Unfortunately there were 2 days of rest in between, and the string had lost a good deal of its positive characteristics during that time.

Compared to:
Topspin Cyber Flash 1.25
Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
Durability: I usually break my strings within 3 hours. The Gamma looked quite fresh after 4 hours of play.
Power: The string provides a bit more power on clean hits than the Cyber Flash.
Control: Depth control was excellent compared to the Cyber Flash. Despite the high level of power, I was able to control the depth and angle of my shots very well.
Feel: The string provides great feedback compared to the rather dead feeling Cyber Flash, enabling sweet drop shots, lobs, as well as defensive shots.
Comfort: A bit better than the Cyber Flash and significantly better than the Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme Pure. Of course it's still a poly and cannot compete with multifilaments or natural gut in this department.
Spin: The texture is significant compared to the Cyber Flash. During the first hour, spin is a bit less than with the Plasma HEXtreme, but it lasts.
Tension stability: I don't have data on the Cyber Flash. Compared to the Plasma HEXtreme, tension stability is about the same.

String Blindtest String7 1.25  blind test
Test Conditions Tension Racquet
56/56 lbs Dunlop 300G (MP, 16/19)
Absolute Rating Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
The string provided great touch and tension stability. Spin potential was very good, similar to the Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme Pure, maybe with a bit more power. After around 1 hour, spin potential decreased, but judged by the amount of felt that was shaved off the balls I could see how well the string was grabbing the ball.
If the test string is in the same price range as the Plasma HEXtreme Pure, I could imagine making it my new standard string.

Topspin Cyber Flash 1.25

In parallel with the test string I had my standard string, Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme Pure 1.20, on another frame.
Both strings had very similar stringing behavior, maybe the test string was a bit stiffer. The strings are also very similar from an optical point of view.
Measured with my Mini-STT, both strings had 23 kp after stringing. The next day, the Plasma HEXtreme Pure had 21 kp while the test string still had 23 kp. After 2 hours of play on clay at around 20°C, the test string still had 20 kp. This is better than all my previous measurements with the Plasma HEXtreme Pure.

Compared to:
Signum Pro Poly Plasma 1.23
Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
Compared to the Signum Pro Plasma HEXtreme 1.25 a bit better touch, but less tension stability. Spin is significantly improved compared to round polys. This also improves depth control for me. Of course this only applies to players with a spin-oriented game. If you hit flat and have the necessary touch to control the depth of your shots, you don't need a textured string.
IMHO there is also a significant difference between the Pure version and the standard version (orange). The Pure version is a bit more flexible and provides better touch and power and a bit less control (given the same tension). The difference equals about 2 lbs tension difference with my setup.

Topspin Cyber Flash 1.25

The string looks very similar to the Cyber Flash and plays very similar too. Only difference I could detect was a slightly better durability and a tad better comfort. But with both strings I didn't have any problems. Honestly I don't believe I would be able to distinguish between these two strings in a blind test.
More significant was the difference to the Big Hitter Blue, which provides much better control, spin, and tension stability.

Test Conditions Tension Racquet
56/56 lbs Dunlop 300G (MP, 16/19)
Absolute Rating Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
 (2.5 hrs.)
During stringing, the string had a strong recoil memory and lots of friction when pulling the crosses. That may be the reason for the string's quick tension loss during play. Maybe this problem could be solved by slightly pre-stretching the string next time.

Test conditions: hot and humid, 26°C, clay, outdoors, Wilson Tour Club balls.

Measurements with my Mini-STT:
After stringing: 23
24 hours later: 22
After 1 hour of play: 19 (!)
After 2 hours of play: 19

The string broke on a backhand return after 3.5 hours of play.

Compared to:
Signum Pro Poly Plasma 1.23
Durability Power Control Feel Comfort Spin Tension Stability
The Extreme Turbo Stiff excels in the spin department through its rough surface. Round polys like SPPP, MSV Co-Focus, Topspin Cyber Flash, Tourna Poly Big Hitter etc.) cannot compete. Even the hexagonal strings from Signum Pro and MSV don't provide the same amount of spin. However those strings provide better control on flat strokes. With the Extreme Turbo Stiff my shots scattered more. Nevertheless the string would be very interesting if it didn't lose so much tension in such a short time. Maybe that's due to the rough surface. It lost 1 kp within 24 hours of rest after stringing, and 3 (!) additional kp after the first hour of play. Spin potential is maintained longer compared to hexagonal strings, so depth control is still good after 2 hours of play. I also noticed increased string movement compared to SPPP and Big Hitter.

The string stretched extremely during stringing. I've never experienced a stretch like that. On my drop weight machine, it took almost one total revolution of the drum until the pull was reached.
