The string feels really good, no better or no worse than the Prince Synthetic Gut Original 16g. Both strings were strung on an O3 Hybrid Hornet MP racquet at 58lbs. Both strings were tested on a hardcourt surface.

I don't believe this string is available on the market anymore. I received it as a sample pack when i purchased my Gamma X-2 Machine.

The Gamma Advantage 15L played very similar to the Prince Synthetic Gut Original 16g. Both were strung at the racquet's mid tension of 58lbs. This string does feel more powerful compared to the Prince Synthetic Gut with DuraFlex 17g I reviewed earlier, but the string tension could have also factored into it. Gamma-58lbs, Prince-60lbs.

I feel the Prince Synthetic Gut Original 16g is a good, durable, and comfortable string that is capable of generating a good amount of topspin. It was strung on my O3 Hybrid Hornet MP racquet. The string was tested on a hardcourt surface.

Overall, the Prince Synthetic Gut Original 16g felt more powerful than the Prince Synthetic Gut w/ DuraFlex 17g. The DuraFlex string felt more "accurate" and was more controlled. I was able to generate more power and topspin with the Original though. The differences between the two strings could be associated with the different tension settings, Original at 58lbs, and DurFlex at 60lbs.

At 60lbs, on a Hybrid Hornet MP racquet, contact with the ball felt crisp, accurate, and precise. Arm fatigue was apparent to me when the string was strung at 60lbs, something that never happened, or was noticeable, with the PSGO strung at 58lbs. Of course, the extra wear and tear could be associated with the higher string bed tension. Either way, I will be cutting the strings out soon and replacing them with another synthetic gut at a lower tension due to the arm fatigue. I've been playing with this string for just about 2weeks now, about 1 hour/day 6-7 days/week.

Test were done on a hard court surface. I would classify myself as an all around player, but I like to hit the ball hard with a moderate to full swing.

The only two strings I've had a chance to play with so far are the Prince Synthetic Gut Original in 16g and this Prince Synthetic Gut w/ DuraFlex in 17g. The PSGO was strung at the mid-tension of my racquet (58lbs), while the DuraFlex was strung at 60lbs. Both were strung with a generic around-the-world single string pattern.

The DuraFlex string feels much more crisp and solid. This could be associated with the increase in tension, so take it with a grain of salt.

Both were strung on a Prince Hybrid Hornet MP.
